All items are CUSTOM PRINTED / EMBROIDERED specifically for you in the size/color/style you select. This makes them NON-RETURNABLE for any reason other than printer error or defect. They are not stock items that can be put back on the shelf and resold.
Please be sure your order details are accurate!
Your order will usually not ship for about a week. Please contact email@example.com immediately if you need to change the size/color/style of an item you have ordered. Please include your Order # in your email, and let us know what you would like us to send you instead. We will be glad to make substitutions for you before we have decorated the item.
If WE have made an error or your item is defective:

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of when the item was delivered.
Upon receipt of your return, we will ship out a replacement within 5 business days. We will also reimburse you the cost of shipping the item back to us, assuming the item was in fact returnable.
If you'd prefer, we can also issue you a full refund instead of sending a replacement.
